GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BOAT RENTAL AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The user will be responsible for the personal belongings that he carries with him during the time of the boat trip.

The user is responsible for his own damages and those of third parties.

The user is responsible for any damage caused to the boat and its belongings.

For any doubt, question or divergence that the application of this contract may arise, the contracting parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of the city of Mahón – Menorca.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment method: 25% to the advance reservation, 75% remaining before leaving on the day of the excursion + extras at the moment of purchasing.

If weather conditions require you to return before the agreed time, a proportional discount will be applied.

Payments can be made by credit card, cash, bank transfer or Bizum.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:

If the reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the date of departure, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If cancelled within less than 15 days, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded, except in case of medical or other justified cause.

CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER:

In case of bad weather or bad seas, the company will recommend not to leave.

Adverse conditions and reasons for cancellation will be considered: persistent rain throughout the day, strong wind from south, southeast, southwest and waves.

In case of cancellation of the departure by the company, it is possible:

-Postpone the date to another day with good conditions as long as there is availability.

-Refund the money.
