This is a simple sport that does not require prior physical preparation, since you will go at your own pace: it is about holding on to fins connected by a cable to the boat that will drag you in the water very slowly (2-4 knots) and it will seem to be flying under the sea.

You can stay on the surface and whenever you want, dive and swim like a dolphin, ascend or dive as long as you can hold your breath.
